We absolutely love our new home.

Buying a new build property was not our original plan as we have never been particularly impressed with the styling or quality of new builds. However, that changed once we saw the properties at Moorland View.

We took a gamble and bought a property from plan, before the foundations were laid. Despite all that had to be achieved, Heywood Homes built the house and handed over our keys on schedule.

We were absolutely stunned by the house when we moved in. The build quality and styling are excellent. The standard fittings and fixtures are certainly higher grade than we expected. As is the finish, inside and out. The extra options and additional specification that we requested have been installed and finished way beyond our expectations. The house certainly feels shiny and new and the styling, internal and external, keeps it feeling homely and comfortable. We are delighted with our new home and have been really impressed with Heywood Homes.

At the time of writing this, the house has now become our family home. We have lived here for four months. There have been fewer problems than expected and the support that we have received has been great.

We have absolutely no regrets about choosing a new build in the countryside where we can get the best of both worlds. For those who want quality build, beautiful design and a builder who can deliver, we would happily and confidently recommend Heywood Homes.
